300+ Whiskies
& Rums on taste
The “meat & veg” of our festival: you’ll find over 65 producers dotted throughout the venue, each with a selection of whiskies (and rum!) for your sampling. The vast majority of tipples are included with your ticket, so you can freely roam and focus on the producers that interest you the most! View Dram List >
Dream Dram
Token
For pours of exceptional value, you’ll need a “Dream Dram” token. There are usually just a couple dozen expressions that meet this criteria and they’re always a highlight for guests. Dream dram tokens cost a little extra, but your first one is on us! A great opportunity to try some real rarities. Find out more >

Masterclasses
These are special sessions that offer extraordinary insight. In the past, we’ve welcomed legends from the industry as they share their unrivalled experience into the spirits they represent, including deconstructions of award-winning expressions, rare releases from decades gone by, and bottles of exceptionally high value. These sessions cost extra, but they are only available to those attending the festival.

Six hours of festival fun
This generous session spans most of the day, so you can take your time and enjoy fine whiskies and rums without feeling the pressure of the clock.

Tasting Glass

Food Court
A long day full of spirits requires a bit of downtime. We use local small businesses to provide delicious street food, fine meats & cheeses, and even locally made chocolate! You’ll even find superb coffee to revive your spirits, so to speak. Remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint; regular breaks are encouraged and allow you to get the most out of the day.
Tasting Seminars
Tired of being on your feet? We run several brand deep-dive sessions where you can spend the best part of an hour sat down in a quiet space as representatives from producers pour you delicious whiskies and tell you their story. Find out more >

Whisky Cocktails
Refresh your palate and elevate your tasting experience with a expertly crafted whisky cocktail during the Festival. Whether you prefer a classic serve or something with a modern twist, it’s the perfect way to explore new flavors and enjoy the spirit in a different light.

Festival
Etiquette
Ticket holders must be over 18 years of age and abide by the Festival’s etiquette code.
