TICKETS
Once you have successfully purchased your ticket/s you will be sent an e-ticket via email, which you must print off to present at the Festival to gain entry. If you have a smart phone you can also present the e-ticket on your mobile for scanning upon entrance to the Festival.
The e-ticket/s will be sent to you via our ticketing provider, Billetto. If you do not receive the automated e-ticket in your inbox within 24 hours please contact us by emailing info@whiskyfest.co.uk.
You may be asked for ID upon entry so please ensure you bring your passport or driving license along with your e-ticket to ensure entry to the Festival.
GROUP TICKETS
If you have purchased tickets for multiples as a group, please note that you will only receive one copy of the tickets. To avoid any delay on entering the event, please make sure you are together when scanning your tickets.
REFUNDS
We understand that due to unforeseen circumstances you may need to cancel your ticket to the event. We allow cancellations within 14 days from the time of the event. Refunds are made in full less booking fees and are processed by our ticketing partner Billetto. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us with your order ID immediately at info@whiskyfest.co.uk. In the unlikely event of the Festival being cancelled we will issue all ticket holders a full refund.
Dream Dram tokens are non-refundable nor can they be exchanged for the value of any other goods at the Festival.
